IT is our passion. If you’re a school or a business in the southeast, we’d like to get to know you.
We will ask you lots of questions about how you use IT and what provision you’d like to make. We’ll ask you what you need, why you need it and how you’ll use it. We’ll look at the number of interactive white boards, tablets, screens and workstations you want to offer your pupils; and we’ll talk about how you’ll use IT to help the children learn and love learning. We’ll talk to you about the needs of your administration staff – from databases and parent–school communication to back-up and storage. If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it before you even notice – and if you do notice, we’ll be there in person to put things right. We can do this because we’re here, on your doorstep. We’ll do it quickly, efficiently and without 'any fuss – after all, we know you have the next generation of geniuses to inspire!

We work with a payment structure that puts you in charge of the time we spend with you. We can offer Annual, Monthly and Ad-Hoc contracts – we want you to see where every penny of your money goes. Our contracts monitor our time with you minute by minute. We’ll work with you to ensure that your IT support budget lasts you the whole year, without a single second wasted.
History | Brief Word from the MD
As Manager Director at Educare IT I decided to start up my own company 15 years ago whilst I was mortgage free, living at home and had no wife or children. How times have changed! The main reason for starting up Educare IT was so that we could provide a decent cost effective IT solution to schools and Businesses and completely personlise the service, whilst also providing all IT Services under one roof. We can provide all of this as we have minimal overheads, hence the cheaper cost compared to our competitors. A bit like Purple Bricks for the IT World I suppose! The feedback I got at the start of this journey was that schools and businesses enjoy the relationships they have, not just with the Support company they choose but mainly with the individual engineer. This is something bigger companies time and time again have to change and the relationship has to start again and they have to get to know you the client and the school or business. As a smaller provider you will always have that personal touch from us as a family run business. We bring something a bit different to the table that other support companies don't offer with our Managed Service visits and one-to-one personal support and I feel we have created a personalisation with our schools and businesses that is hard to find these days. We do everything we can for our clients as they are the reason the brand is what it is today.
